This Legal Notice identifies the operator of the Xmail service (the "Service", at xmail.com and its secondary and vanity domains). It is referenced by, and forms part of the identity disclosures required by, the Xmail Terms of Service(/terms), Privacy Policy(/privacy), and Acceptable Use Policy(/acceptable-use). "Xmail" is the brand and trading name under which the Service is provided.
